In pursuit of our mission we collect the email addresses of members who request that they be added to our email list.
Event Bookings
In pursuit of our mission we collect information from those who request that they attend events.

Final year at the school
Email addresses
Occupations
Details relevant to event booking such as payments made and dietary preference.
How do we obtain the data ?
All items above are obtained via online forms.
What do we use the data for ?
We use the data for three purposes :
To send occasional email updates to all who have joined our mailing list..
To manage bookings for events.
To inform our Careers staff of those who would be willing to assist with advice on particular occupations.
Who is your data shared with ?
The only persons within our charity who have access to the data are the email and bookings administrators. Occupational data will be shared with Careers Department staff.
We also share the data with one or more appointed data processors. These are the companies which provide the web space and software to store and manage the data. We will verify that any appointed data processors are compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (2018)
How long will we retain your data ?
We will only retain your data for as long as it is in your interest to do so. As indicated below, we will delete your data at any time if you submit a request to do so.
What are your rights ?
You can request that we :
● Provide you with a copy of all data which relates to you.
● Amend any incorrect data which relates to you.
● Delete all data which relates to you.

In the event that we become aware of any data breach all our contacts will be notified of the breach by email within 72 hours of becoming aware.
